He has over 35 years of professional experience and has a genuine passion for all matters property. Subscribing to the ethos of "hands on" business practice Paul is a prominent figure across all areas of the branch network. With his expertise he is an invaluable resource and fountain of knowledge in the partnership.

Jillian Staniford (FIN)


As a director at Stanifords Jillian takes control of the accounts department and all matters financial. Working in partnership with Paul has led to the development and growth of the company throughout the East Yorkshire region for the past 30 years.

Overseeing the West Hull office Ben provides a wide range of valuation advice on new-build, land and resale property. Placing personal service high on his agenda Ben gets involved at every level of the business and with a strong team around him thrives on securing results for his vendors. With a background in Financial Services Caroline has been at the front end of professional advice for over 30 years. Being a West Hull resident herself her local knowledge of property is second to none. Based in the West Hull office Caroline is an excellent communicator with a calm and considered approach. Being the latest addition to the growing West Hull team Ben’s role currently is at the front end of residential agency being involved in accompanied viewings and our range of new build show homes. In his time with Stanifords he has demonstrated a good levels of enthusiasm and eagerness for all matters property. A sensible head on young shoulders has seen his skill set broaden with a view to developing his role further within the organisation.

Office Manager

Having been an integral part of the Stanifords team since the company was created Linda has an excellent knowledge of the organisation with a broad skill set. Her role is primarily to co-ordinate the daily operations and running of the Beverley office . A busy and friendly face that you will get to know through your dealings with Stanifords.

Sue is front of house sales for the Beverley team. When trying to source your dream home she is a face to get to know well. Her experience and skills focus on putting buyers and sellers together in an effective way. Securing the best possible price for your home is Sue's main goal and her targeted negotiation skills get results.

Bringing a vibrancy and high level of enthusiasm to the team in the Beverley office and serving as the most recent addition to the team. Ellie’s experience in property started with a national agent, providing a solid foundation in her training that she has been able to transfer seamlessly to Stanifords. She prides herself on her administrative attention to detail and willingness to take advantage of all the experience around her.
