Our chartered surveyors are professionally qualified and operate as registered valuers. They are all members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Our fees, are extremely competitive and offer value for money combined with an unbeatable level of service. The table below shows our fee structure for properties up to £300,000. Fees on properties with a value in excess of £300,000 are individually quoted and range from £195 for private valuations and from £375 for a RICS House Survey. All surveyors are regulated by the RICS and carry full professional indemnity insurance up to a maximum of £2,000,000. We carry out RICS Redbook valuations with our RICS registered valuers.
