A £500 reservation will be taken from parties able to proceed wishing to purchase one of

the units at City Central. The reservation fee is returnable in full.

 

A reservation form will be completed by each purchaser providing details of their

solicitors and solicitors will be instructed to exchange contracts within 28 days of receipt

of contract paperwork, if contracts are not exchanged within 28days the developers

reserve the right to return a reservation fee and sell the reserved unit to a further party

able to proceed.

 

The reservation fee forms part of the 10% deposit on exchange and effectively part of the

purchase price on completion.
