Wardrobes - Fitted wardrobes to bedrooms 1& 2

Electrical - In addition to a range of electrical sockets, tv and telephone points will be provided to three locations. Switches to the lounge, hall and dining room will be in brass. An intruder alarm will be fitted, along with front and rear outside lights and downlights to the kitchen and bathrooms.

External - The drive will be either block paved or tarmac with gravel chippings. An outside tap and two electrical sockets will be provided. The garden will be levelled and topsoiled and a pc allowance of £5,000 will be available for choice of landscaping works.

Services - Mains electric, water and telephone will be provided ( no mains gas is available). Sewerage will discharge to individual partial treatment works.

General - The garage will have automatic doors, electric lights and power points. Automatic wrought iron gates will be provided to the drive entrance.
