The Costa Blanca
Costa Blanca' means 'white coast'. Named after it's superb white sandy beaches, it is a beautiful coastline, which is extremely popular with holiday-makers and residents alike.
The exotic combination of almond and fruit orchards, vineyards and magnificent palm groves make for a type of vegetation that is unique in Europe.
Regular flights connect Alicante International airport with points around Spain and Europe. It has a well-established tourist trade and the airport is serviced by a variety of airlines. Out of season flights can be found for under £100 return from the main UK airports.
The Costa Blanca has been voted as one of the healthiest places to live by the World Health Organisation. The citrus groves, the salt lakes and the lack of any heavy industry make the air dry and clean, very good for any bronchial condition.
The beautiful weather of the Costa Blanca makes it ideal for outdoor active life and many people talk about the renewed energy they have after a holiday or break to the area.
The climate is dry and equable throughout the year with more than 320 days of sun, and an average temperature of 18 Celcius.
Whatever your interests, there is much to do along this coastline. Golf, sailing, tennis and fishing facilities are never far away.
There are also many superb trips available to gardens, beauty spots or the many historical attractions of the area.
The coastline's main employment is in agriculture and fishing. So for the gastronome there is an awesome array of fine restaurants and tapas bars, the majority of which are cheaper than most other parts of Europe.
The excellent year round weather, the beautiful beaches and quality properties at good prices make this arguably the best area of Spain. It is for that reason, with 26 years of experience, we have specialised in helping people invest in homes in this area.
