BACKGROUND TO COMMUNIQUE
Communique, set up in February 1998, with offices in Beverley (East Yorkshire) and Mottram-in-Longdendale (Cheshire), operates as a full service agency to both local, regional and national clients and fulfils the need for a design, marketing and advertising consultancy, supplying all the components of the marketing mix.
THE COMMUNIQUE PARTNERSHIP

Understand what we (ourselves and the client) are trying to achieve, the market we are addressing and the customers we are targeting. Until we have “identified” we cannot proceed to the next stage.

Take all our market and customer knowledge and use it to put together an imaginative and inventive strategy to achieve the client’s objectives.

Once we have the strategy, we need to develop the creative approach by working closely with the client to arouse, enthral, excite and stimulate customers.

Combine the innovative strategy and inspirational creativity to impress and influence the client’s customers to buy the product or service.
Once we have completed this process, the results can be measured against the objectives. In this way the value of Communique’s involvement with a client can be calculated.
NEW CLIENTS
Often, companies and organisations are reluctant to approach Agencies because of the cost implications. We make it easy for new clients with our New Business Package. The Identification and Innovation stages are offered free on the basis that if they do not impress they are not charged for. It is only when the client moves on to the creative and implementation stages (Inspire & Impact) that costs are incurred.
To list rates and costs at this stage is inappropriate as they are always identified at the Innovation stage. The comparison of rates is never very meaningful as it is the time that concepts take that determines the cost, eg we may come up with a solution in two hours, another agency charging half our rates may take six hours.
